Gentle / Restorative yoga (G/R)
Connect with your yin

Take time in your week to be one with your yin.

This class is for those of us who need to be with that dark, cool, hidden place within.

Slow, meditative movements and deep, full breaths. Postures may be held up to 10 minutes to obtain total relaxation and depth of pose. This class runs a little longer than the yin yang flow because of the holding of each posture and transition time from pose to pose. The extra time allows for a total relaxation environment.
Get your Yin-Yang flowing (YYF)

This class is designed with flowing yoga poses, ranging from child’s pose to full wheel. You will feel heat rise in the body and you will also experience rest and feel the body’s coolness. Each class is taught according to whom is attending, ranging from beginners to everyday practitioners of yoga.
